Warming Center

The Warming Center opens Nov. 1 and provides unhoused people in the La Crosse area a warm place to stay in the cold months from November through April. There are several ways you can help with this important ministry…

  • IN SHELTER VOLUNTEER: Prior to your volunteer schedule each volunteer needs to fill out an online volunteer application, or fill one out in person at the Warming Center (413 S. 3rd St. La Crosse, WI 54601)

  • MEAL PROVIDER: Prepare the meal in your kitchen and drop it off at the Warming Center ready to be served. Other people serve the meal, you just prepare it. You are welcome to use the Hunger Task Force for meal ingredients.
