For our January outing we will be attending the show “Looney Lutherans” at the Heider Center in West Salem. The Looney Lutherans are a trio of wacky gals who use music, comedy and some help from the audience to share their age-old wisdom for living a long and lively life, the Lutheran way. Material is comedic and family friendly and you don’t have to be Lutheran to love it! This outing will take place on Thursday, Jan. 20. We will meet at the church at 4:30pm and car pool to West Salem. We should have plenty of drivers, if don’t want to drive to West Salem, we will find you a ride. Before the show we will have dinner at the Westview Inn. Cost of the show is $22. Dinner is on your own. Please email owls@firstlu.org or call me at 630.816.5917 if you wish to attend. Most area shows are selling out well before the performance date so please let Brian know as soon as you can if you are planning on attending. Brian will be buying tickets as people RSVP. You do not have to pay Brian for the ticket until the night of the outing.
